Rule 19
Personal details form (citrol) and book registration

(1) The Secretary General shall prepare two copies of personal details of each employee as per schedule-6.
(2) One copy of the personal statement prepared according to sub-rule (1) shall be kept in the civil library for registration and one copy shall be kept in the personal file of the employee.
(3) The personal details of the employees received for registration according to sub-rule (2) shall be registered by the civil library and the date of birth of such employees and the date of mandatory retirement as per Section 45 of the Act shall be recorded and the personal details shall be verified. In this way, for the purpose of verifying the date of birth and age, if necessary, the civil library may require the relevant staff to submit the necessary certificate.
(4) The civil library shall register the books of each employee and keep the personal details updated.
(5) If the employee needs to include any additional information in his personal details, he should send it to the civil library through the secretariat.
